The CyberData SIP Outdoor Intercom with RFID is perfect for secure access settings requiring RFID access control and two-way communication. With encrypted RFID, the SIP Outdoor Intercom can increase the security of any VoIP installation.

The product supports up to 500 RFID cards. A card with a blacklisted code will trigger a phone call with a pre-recorded message and/or a multicast stream to IP notification endpoints. The access code list, designating valid entry times or blacklisted users, can be updated manually using the web interface, imported using the web page, or auto provisioned using the same mechanism as a VoIP phone.

CyberData warrants its product against defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

Should the product fail within Warranty, CyberData will repair or replace the product free of charge based on CyberData's RMA evaluation of the failure mode. These warranties include all parts and labor.

Should the product fail “Out of Warranty,” a flat rate repair charge of one half of the purchase price of the product will be assessed (or one half of MSRP if no proof-of-purchase from an authorized distributor or reseller).
